We started as a small company over 21 years ago and moved from an online business to opening our first showroom in Giffnock. This was just what is now the existing front shop and we started off only retailing and installing wood, laminate, luxury vinyl and wall tiles. We found that we couldn’t meet our customer’s demands with the existing offering, with a real need for a wide range of carpet coupled with a great advice and fitting service. We believed that there was a real need in Glasgow for a company selling innovative carpet, new to market, as well as well-regarded established, traditional brands such as Axminster, Alternative Flooring, Ulster, Adam Carpets, Ryalux and more.
That’s why we extended into an additional 2,500 square foot of showroom space with an array of carpet stands from manufacturers, all carefully hand-picked by us. We have painstakingly made sure that we only use trusted brands that our customers can rely on, and that will stand the test of time as well as transforming their homes or offices.
As well as stocking some of the most stain resistant carpet available today, we also provide pure wool, wool mix and completely natural carpet made from seagrass, jute, bamboo and more.
As well as great products, we also provide an end-to-end service, from a free home consultation to in-store advice, to installation and aftercare. Our aim is to provide great customer service and ensure that our customers are satisfied. We also offer a supply only service for those wanting to take advantage of our great offers and prices, which we endeavor to price-match.
