We have been supplying and fitting flooring in Scotland for over 21 years and in recent years we noticed a real need for customers to have access to all types of flooring, all under one roof. That’s why we have extended our existing showroom into 3,000 square foot of space to showcase real wood, laminate and luxury vinyl flooring, as well as carpets, rugs and ceramic tiles. We are also developing an expanding range of niche and highly innovative flooring products. For example, did you know that you could get soft natural carpet made from bamboo, corn and even Coca Cola bottles? We believe that customers need good sound advice from a flooring specialist who isn’t pushing for a sale, but genuinely wants the customer to walk away knowing they have chosen the right product for their home or business, and of course their pocket.
And no matter how large the showroom, it’s essential to provide a highly personal service. At First Floors in Glasgow we want you to walk in, relax, grab a coffee and let the kids have a play in a dedicated children’s area. You can have a browse on your own, or our carpet and wood specialists will talk you through all the options. You can also see many of the different products available installed, to give you a real feel for how they will look in your home. Once you have an idea of what you want, we will happily visit your home with samples to double check it will match your décor, measure up, and give you an accurate quote with no hidden charges. We will then arrange for the floor to be fitted by one of our qualified, professional and friendly fitters as soon as possible. If you’re a commercial customer, we can help you get hold of exactly what you need; we even have a trade counter for all your accessories.
