The three examples above represent a typical example of what some of our customers would choose. At First Floors we will give you all the time they need in order to browse and consider what they want, and we know when to leave the customer alone with their own thoughts and will help out when asked.
We will guide you through what product will best suite your needs and will assist you in choosing colours and tones. Ultimately it is the customers choice and we will do our best to support you all the way.
We feel that a big concern for customers is that the floor looks great in the showroom…and the colour looks perfect…but will it look fantastic in their home? We know that some companies will supply customers with a small sample to take home (usually at a cost) but we feel here at First Floors that a small sample takes a lot of imagination to really envisage what it will look on a grand scale. Every home is different. South facing, west facing, lots of windows, dark areas, different decors and wood finishes. Once you have chosen what samples you love, we will book an appointment where we will bring the samples, which are large enough to walk on, and will give you a much clearer idea what the product will look like. You’ll be surprised the difference between seeing hardwood flooring samples in the showroom and in your own home. We will also bring solid wood, Moduleo Vinyl and laminate. Simply pop in and give us an indication of what you like. Whilst we are at your home, we will also measure up and give you advice as to your subfloors, skirtings and thresholds. Home shopping at its best!
A lot of times our customers are really surprised that the one product they thought they would choose, somehow just doesn’t look right in their home and the wild-card, shall we call it, looks perfect!!
